moment we checked in. Everyone was incredibly friendly, especially our villa host Linh, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. However, we encountered some issues with the air conditioning in the third bedroom that weren't properly resolved.

Hot water in the shower takes forever to get warm!!! The spa experience was disappointing, I had to request a different therapist for a better massage!!! Also, the reliance on a 45-90 day refund for a deposit is frustrating!!!
